Dundee Corporation Acquires Interest in DREAM Unlimited Corp. Pursuant to Plan of Arrangement
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 05/31/13 -- In accordance with regulatory requirements, Dundee Corporation (TSX: DC.A)(TSX: DC.PR.C) ("Dundee") announces today that it has acquired an aggregate of 21,636,222 Class A Subordinate Voting Shares of DREAM Unlimited Corp. ("DREAM"), representing approximately 29.80% of the total number of outstanding Class A Subordinate Voting Shares of DREAM, pursuant to a corporate restructuring of Dundee through a tax efficient plan of arrangement involving, among others, Dundee and DREAM (the "Arrangement"), the details of which are described in the management information circular of Dundee dated April 16, 2013. DREAM was established as a new public real estate company as a result of the Arrangement and Dundee did not previously own any securities of DREAM.
Dundee's interest in DREAM may be increased or decreased in the future in light of investment criteria, market conditions and other factors in accordance with the provisions of applicable securities legislation.
