(PINKSHEETS: VCOR) announces cancellation of Link My Fan, Inc. acquisition due to the fact the agreement signed by both parties clearly stipulated Link My Fan, Inc. to provide: 1. Balance Sheet, 2. Statement of Financial Operations, 3. Statement of Cash Flows. Also requested was a business plan and management resumes.
Despite numerous written requests and verbal requests for the above due diligence nothing was received from Link My Fan, Inc. by the closing date of May 15, 2013.
