Gatorz Inc. Issues Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA and TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 05/30/13 -- Gatorz Inc. (TSX VENTURE: GTZ) ("Gatorz" or "the Company") The Board of Directors of Gatorz announced today that the Company has granted stock options to certain officers and directors of the Company.
The Company granted 300,000 options to Boris Said, Mike Dianna and Mark Di Cristofaro to purchase common shares in the capital of the Company at an exercise price of C$0.10. The Company also granted 250,000 options at an exercise price of C$0.10 to Mike Dianna in connection to his role as President and Chief Operating Officer. All of the options will expire 5 years from the date of grant.
