RCI(R) Named Among the Best Places to Work in Indiana for Fifth Consecutive Year

RCI joined the other companies recognized for workplace excellence at a celebratory dinner earlier this month.

More than 1,000 employees currently work out of the RCI Indianapolis office, which mainly serves as a customer service call center for RCI's subscribing members. The Indiana Chamber of Commerce releases the Best Places to Work list each year. The rankings are determined through employer reports and comprehensive employee surveys.
RCI's Indianapolis office also received a Top Work Places recognition from the Indy Star for the fourth consecutive year. On a national scale, RCI was named among the top 100 of America's Top Workplaces for 2013 by WorkplaceDynamics, which is based on employee feedback.
