Red Giant Entertainments's Film 'Last Blood' Signs Top Effects Artist, Moves Toward Pre-Production

(OTCQB: REDG), an innovative Intellectual Property company specializing in high-quality characters and content for use in a variety of media and entertainment, is pleased to announce that its feature film Last Blood has taken significant steps toward pre-production, the final phase before actual filming commences.
Based on the Keenspot graphic novel of the same name, Last Blood follows a small group of human survivors of a zombie apocalypse who are running out of food and are surrounded by their brain-eating foes. When they are offered protection from a contingent of vampires in exchange for their blood, the adversaries form a coalition in the hopes of surviving the zombie horde.
Notably, Vincent Guastini, head of V.G.P Effects & Design Studio has been tasked with providing the film's essential make-up and effects. Guastini is among the top effects artists in the industry, known for his work on Darren Aronofsky's Requiem for a Dream, Kevin Smith's Dogma, The Devil's Carnival, Sushi Girl and the upcoming feature Under the Bed.
Additionally, Director Simon Hunter, whose previous credits include Mutant Chronicles starring Thomas Jane & John Malkovich and Lighthouse, starring James Purefoy, began casting Last Blood this week. Casting Directors Sig De Miguel and Stephen Vincent who cast United 93, The Good Shepherd, and The Cooler, will oversee the effort to identify the actors.
