(PINKSHEETS: IMGGQ), developer of a breakthrough medical imaging device that produces 3D medical diagnostic images of virtually any part of the human body in real-time, announced today that on Tuesday May 21st and Wednesday May 22nd, 2013 the US Central District Bankruptcy Court held a plan confirmation hearing and confirmed the company's plan of reorganization.
