Immunotec Announces Recent Claim
(firmenpresse) - VAUDREUIL-DORION, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 05/29/13 -- Immunotec Inc. (TSX VENTURE: IMM), a Canadian based company and a leader in the wellness industry (the "Company"), today announced that it has recently received a demand letter from Mr. Robert M. Henry, former Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of the Company, claiming the amount of approximately $1.1 million in relation to the termination of his employment and other claims on Friday, May 10, 2013.
The Company has retained the services of an experienced labour and employment lawyer to assist and represent it in this matter. While the Company will attempt to reach an amicable and reasonable settlement with Mr. Henry, should this not be possible, it will vigorously defend its interests and those of its shareholders.
