The audit examined 16 of the biggest operators in gaming, using a mystery shopper approach to gather anonymous data in a wide range of scenarios typical of an online casino player requiring assistance.
The results saw 32Red top of the charts with an overall score of 8.8/10, with response times and product knowledge in responses from their player support team recognised as being key areas where they leave competitors such as William Hill, Ladbrokes, 888 and Bet365 long in the distance.
