Prolitec Names Hoffman Director of Customer Care
(firmenpresse) - MILWAUKEE, WI -- (Marketwired) -- 05/20/13 -- Prolitec Inc., a leading developer of air treatment, scenting and air care technologies under the Air/Q Atmospheres brand, today announced the appointment of veteran customer service executive Karen Hoffmann as Director of Customer Care.
Hoffman, who has over 20 years of customer service experience, will be responsible for managing the team involved with maintaining customer satisfaction domestically and abroad. She is based in the company's Milwaukee office and reports to V.P. of Operations Todd Shaw.
Prior to joining Prolitec, Hoffman was a product marketing manager for MagnaDrive Corporation and before that was customer service manager for ITT Flygt Corporation from 2007 to 2012. From 2005 to 2007, she served as customer service/inside sales manager for Rundle-Spence Company, Milwaukee. From 1997 to 2005, Hoffman worked at Product Development Corporation as director of client relationships, directory order center manager and customer service manager. She began her career as a customer service manager for Karp's Bakery Supply in 1991.
"Karen's years of experience managing customer care at a diverse range of companies gives her the skill-sets to carry out our objective of providing world-class service to our direct accounts as well as clients serviced by our Certified Service Providers," said Shaw.
A resident of Pewaukee, Wisc., Hoffman holds a Six Sigma Black Belt from The University of Michigan and a Six Sigma Green Belt from ITT.
