(the "Corporation") held on May 16, 2013 in Calgary, Alberta. This matter is described in greater detail in the 2013 Notice of Annual and Special Meeting of Share Owners and Management Proxy Circular dated March 12, 2013.
By resolution passed by ballot, each of the following ten nominees proposed by management was elected by more than 99% as a Director of the Corporation to hold office until the next Annual Meeting of Share Owners of the Corporation or until their successors are elected or appointed.
