ME SECTION-Control for Fendt Varioterminal
(PresseBox) - Müller-Elektronik (ME) is a leading supplier for agricultural electronics and Precision Farming solutions. Already several years ago we have introduced "SECTION-Control", the GPS-controlled boom section switching on ISOBUS base, to the European market. Meanwhile this system is state of the art for sprayers with larger working widths.
Nevertheless, the conversion of the ISOBUS standard is complex and requires special know-how.
ME here offers now an easy alternative solution for FENDT which allows the further use of the Varioterminal to operate sprayers with SECTION-Control.
In addition to the FENDT Varioterminal a ME terminal is necessary, as for example TRACK-Guide II, BASIC-Terminal or COMFORT-Terminal.
These two terminals, Vario- and ME terminal, can be adjusted in such a way that the "normal" machine control remains on the Varioterminal. The ME terminal takes over the automatic boom section switching (SECTION-Control) and indicates this also accordingly on the terminal together with the display of the guidance (TRACK-Leader).
This is possible with all ME terminals which dispose of the activated Apps ISOBUS-UT, SECTION-Control and TRACK-Leader.
