NewQuest Properties Announces the Recent Hire of Heather Nguyen
(firmenpresse) - HOUSTON, TX -- (Marketwired) -- 05/16/13 -- NewQuest Properties is pleased to announce that Heather Nguyen will re-join NewQuest Properties as Director of Business Development overseeing a new third party client services division. Nguyen, previously with Stream Realty Partners, will focus on serving third party clients, leasing and management of . She will begin to build her team at NewQuest that will initially include John Nguyen and Caitlin Jones.
Routinely a top producer, Nguyen's 18 years of real estate experience provide her with a deep command of leasing, tenant representation and development. Nguyen's encompasses many prominent real estate investors and retailers. Her include HEB Development, Luby's Inc., Kroger Company, 99 Ranch Market, Megdal and Associates, Sam Boyd Development, CBL Development, and Popeye's. Additionally, her skill of speaking fluently in English and Vietnamese has provided her the opportunity to work with many local Vietnamese business owners in their expansion across Texas.
Prior to joining Stream, Nguyen was Senior Vice President of NewQuest Properties where she specialized in the leasing of power and regional shopping centers, represented a mix of national and local retailers, and sold anchored shopping centers and single-tenant net leased properties. While at NewQuest, Nguyen was awarded numerous distinctions including "Overall Top Producer," "Top Retail Broker," The Houston Business Journal's "Heavy Hitter," H Texas Magazine "Top 100 Professionals" in 2010, and H Texas Magazine "Top Women in Business" in 2011.
