Acquisition Strengthens National MPLS Network, Adds Fixed Wireless & Voice Services

The all stock merger officially closed on May 14. The combined company will operate under the name United Network Services Inc. (UNSi) with primary operations located in Dallas, Phoenix, and Pittsburgh coupled with regional offices in several strategic cities.
