A tenured finance and accounting executive, Ms. Flores has over 15 years of public and private company experience in tax and audit preparation, SOX narratives, matrix preparation and SEC filings. Ms. Flores earned a BS in Accounting and Finance from the University of Illinois and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Nova Southeastern University.
