("Lynnwood") (TSX VENTURE: LCI.H), a capital pool company as defined under Policy 2.4 of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV"), is pleased to announce the results of voting at its special meeting of shareholders held on May 13, 2013. At the meeting shareholders approved the following:
Lynnwood and Tantalex continue to work towards completing the conditions precedent to the Amalgamation.
