Hospice of Michigan Selects OnePoint Patient Care as Single Source for Its Hospice Pharmacy Needs
OnePoint to Establish Pharmacy in Detroit for Local Medication Dispensing, Same-Day Delivery to HOM Patients
(firmenpresse) - CHICAGO, IL and DETROIT, MI -- (Marketwired) -- 05/14/13 -- OnePoint Patient Care, a national hospice pharmacy services provider, announced today that it has reached an agreement with Detroit-based Hospice of Michigan to serve all of its pharmacy-related needs.
Under the agreement, OnePoint is opening a Detroit-area pharmacy to dispense medications and make same-day deliveries to patients of HOM, the largest non-profit hospice in Michigan. OnePoint will also provide HOM pharmacy benefits management, or PBM, and clinical consulting services designed to manage formularies, contain costs and enhance patient care.
