Black Diamond Group Limited Announces Election of Directors
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/13/13 -- Black Diamond Group Limited ("Black Diamond" or the "Company") (TSX: BDI) is pleased to announce that the nominees listed in the management proxy circular dated April 8, 2013 were elected as directors of the Company. The detailed results of the vote for the election of directors held at its annual meeting of shareholders earlier today in Calgary, Alberta are set out below.

On a vote by ballot, each of the following seven nominees proposed by management was elected as a director of Black Diamond:
