The Colorado based singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and innovator of the "Art of Live-Looping" brings his unique Electro-Americana aesthetic to the aptly titled collection , set for release by his indie label Perfect Groove Records May 14.
With some of the eclectic full length recording's 10 tracks already receiving airplay on AAA and Americana Stations, Arthur -- renowned for his "high tech meets grassroots" live performances -- is gearing up for a highly anticipated West Coast Summer tour. He will also be performing at the Triple A (AAA) Conference in Boulder Colorado in August.
Arthur's autobiographical song and music video "Good Enough" is a key part of an internet based charity widget that will raise money for AbleChild.Org: Parents for Label and Drug Free Education -- a nationally recognized non-profit organization dedicated to the rights of parents, caregivers and "ADD/ADHD labeled" children. "As a 'hyperactive' guinea pig for Ritalin, I wish my parents had this kind of support back in the day. I wouldn't have had to wait 30 years to re-frame this 'disorder' as the truly dynamic gift that it is," says Arthur.

Working with co-producer/engineer Aaron Shier, Arthur -- who is endorsed and sponsored by these premium manufacturers: Elixir Strings, Ernie Ball, Sennheiser, Deering Banjos, Ableton, Apogee, Akai, Fishman, Korg and Lakland Basses -- infuses with musical and sonic elements from distinctive parts of Arthur's career: his longtime wheelhouse as a touring musician playing country, blues and folk-rock; his creation of AfroGrass (world beat/bluegrass hybrid), inspired by a tour of West Africa in 2001; and electronica, via the pioneering of his Art of Live-Looping techniques which have defined his solo live experience since the early-2000s.
Arthur's "Electro-Americana" style is an eclectic fusion of folk-rock, AfroGrass and electronica. Among other unique approaches to his array of stringed instruments, he incorporates a unique hybrid flatpicking/clawhammer technique on the DADGAD 6-String banjo.
