(TSX: BCI) ("New Look") announced today that the nominees listed in the management information circular dated March 21, 2013 were elected as directors of New Look. The detailed results of the vote for the election of directors held at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of New Look earlier today in Montreal are set out below.
On a vote by ballot, each of the following eight (8) nominees proposed by management was elected as a director of New Look:
As of April 30th, 2013, New Look had 10,399,032 Class A common shares issued and outstanding. New Look is a leader in the eye care industry in Eastern Canada operating a network of corporate stores and a laboratory using state-of-the-art technologies.
