(firmenpresse) - AJAX, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 05/09/13 -- Automodular Corporation ("Automodular") (TSX: AM) reports net earnings of $3.6 million or $0.18 per share for the quarter ended March 31, 2013. Net earnings for the same period in 2012 were also $3.6 million or $0.18 per share.
The results for the first quarter are summarized below (all figures in '000s except per share amounts):
The Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.06 per share payable June 6, 2013 to shareholders of record May 23, 2013.
Automodular Corporation is a supplier of sub-assembly, sequencing and transportation services to the automotive industry - Ford Motor Company's Oakville Assembly Plant. The Company has two operating facilities and employs approximately 525 people.
