Intergraph(R) CAU2013 Express 2013 Events Draw Over 700 Designers and Engineers for CADWorx(R), CAESAR II(R), and PV Elite(R) Sessions
(firmenpresse) - HOUSTON, TX -- (Marketwired) -- 05/08/13 -- The Intergraph CADWorx & Analysis University (CAU) Express 2013 events completed this spring attracted a record total of 733 plant designers and engineers for educational sessions on CADWorx, CAESAR II, and PV Elite. Locations included London, Johannesburg, Dubai, Yokohama, Beijing, Seoul, and Singapore. Among the keynote presenters were Rick Allen, senior vice president of Intergraph CADWorx & Analysis Solutions (Intergraph CAS), and William Rasco, sales director at Intergraph CAS. CADWorx 3D topics included spec building; plant models, P&IDs, and isometric drawings; and point clouds for producing as-built models. The CADWorx 2D track included P&IDs for downstream and information sharing with instrumentation and electrical. CAESAR II pipe analysis and design topics covered spring supports, interface customization, and buried pipe.
