(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA and HONG KONG, CHINA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/08/13 -- Grand Power Logistics Group Inc. (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: GPW) is pleased to announce the appointment of Decky Chi Kwan Tse as a director of the Corporation effective May 8, 2013.
Mr. Tse is the current Managing Director of Grand Power Express International Ltd. ("Grand Power Express"). He has been with Grand Power Express since 2004. Mr. Tse has more than 20 years of experience in the logistics field and extensive experience in the freight forwarding industry. Before joining Grand Power Express, Mr. Tse was the senior manager of Export Air Operation in the Hong Kong Branch of MSAS/Exel (formerly a DHL company in Hong Kong). With Grand Power Express, Mr. Tse is responsible for the marketing, operations and strategic planning for the Corporation's operating group.
In addition, the Corporation also wishes to announce that In Wai (Mike) Lam has resigned from the Corporation's board of directors effective today. Mr. Lam has been a director of Grand Power since 2004. The Corporation would like to thank Mr. Lam for his support and contributions for the past nine years and wish him the best in his future endeavor.
