OCC Board of Directors Welcomes Three New Members
(firmenpresse) - CHICAGO, IL -- (Marketwired) -- 05/08/13 -- OCC announced today that Felix B. Davidson, Raymond J. Di Sanza and Craig C. Messinger were elected to its Board of Directors.
Mr. Davidson is President, TD Ameritrade Clearing, Inc. and Managing Director of Operations where he oversees all clearing operation functions for TD Ameritrade including the company's clearing broker dealer.
Mr. Di Sanza is Senior Vice President of Operational Services for Charles Schwab & Co., Inc and leads the Custody & Asset Servicing group in Operational Services, which is responsible for the safe custody and servicing of client assets held by Charles Schwab on behalf of its clients.
Mr. Messinger is Executive Vice President and Head of Trading and Trading Risk at The Bank of New York Mellon. In this role, he oversees trading and risk for foreign exchange, derivatives, fixed income and equities. Mr. Messinger is also a member of the Executive Committee for Global Markets and the Operating Committee of BNY Mellon.
