("S4CO2" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: SFC) is pleased announce that it has received approval from the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") to extend the closing date of its previously-announced, non-brokered private placement (the "Private Placement"), to June 1, 2013.
