Easy and cost-effective implant-borne full dentures with TiSi.Snap
(firmenpresse) - With TiSi.Snap abutment, bredent has succeeded in offering one of the most cost-effective, simple and safe implant prosthetic solutions for patients without teeth. The name TiSi.Snap stands for: Titanium-silicone with snap effect. This conical abutment is available in two production heights: in the "Standard" and "Short" sizes. Additionally, TiSi.Snap can be purchased in two angles, 17.5° and 35°, and two gingival heights, 1mm and 3mm.
The new or still available prosthesis is milled out at the positions of the implants with the provided positioning cutter, and the friction silicone retention.sil is sprayed into the ensuing hollow spaces with the help of a dispenser. After these are filled, the prosthesis is simply arranged on the already screwed TiSi.Snap abutments.
The retention.sil is connected to the old customary prosthetic materials and is available in three friction strengths - hard, medium and soft. It starts at a pull-out force of 200 gr. (SH25), increases to a pull-out force of over 400 gr. (SH50) up to a pull-out force of 600 gr. (Shore hardness 65).
The silicone excess is then simply removed with the provided special cutter. The user can provide the TiSi.Snap with the retention.sil directly on the treatment chair and need not necessarily send the prosthesis to the dental laboratory.
As another and to-date unique variant the user can plug the Locator cap on the TiSi.Snap abutment. It offers the advantages of this abutment system, which is tried and tested for several years.
