On Wednesday, May 8th, 2013 at 10:30 am ET, Raymond A. Low, chief financial officer, will present at the Jefferies TMT Conference in New York City.
On Wednesday May 29th, 2013, Low will also participate in the 5th Annual D.A. Davidson & Co. Technology Forum in New York City.

AXT designs, develops, manufactures and distributes high-performance compound and single element semiconductor substrates comprising gallium arsenide (GaAs), indium phosphide (InP) and germanium (Ge) through its manufacturing facilities in Beijing, China.
