Litigation Support Industry Veteran Simon Turner Joins Xact Data Discovery Executive Team

The role is a new position at the company, added to support XDD's sustained growth and success nationwide.
Turner is a veteran of the litigation support and eDiscovery industries and brings tremendous experience to Xact Data Discovery. He was a principal with TarHeel Management Group for the past year, prior to which he worked at DTI for more than a decade. During that time Turner served in various roles including managing partner for Southern California and as national operations director.
As vice president of operations, Turner works with local directors in XDD offices nationwide and oversees the company's operational standards and best practices to ensure consistent delivery of high quality work product and customer service to clients. The tremendous growth achieved by XDD prompted the addition of this position to maintain continued efficiency and consistency throughout the company's operations in its locations across the United States.
