(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 05/01/13 -- Liquid Nutrition Group Inc. ("Liquid Nutrition" or "Company") (TSX VENTURE: LQD)(TSX VENTURE: LQD.WT) announced today that, effective immediately, David Bellisario, who has been employed at Liquid Nutrition since January 3, 2013, has resigned as the Company's Chief Operating Officer.
Mr. Bellisario is leaving the Company to pursue personal interests. The Company wishes him well in his future endeavors.
In light of Mr. Bellisario's departure from Liquid Nutrition, the Company has elected to exercise its right to redeem the debenture previously issued to him at face value, plus accrued interest to April 30th, 2013, which is $1,004,145.28.
