Neopost Wins Bronze Position for CCMA (UK) Support Manager of the Year Award

The CCMA Awards, now in their eighteenth year, aim to endorse best practice, reward innovation and promote excellence within the contact and call centre industry. These prestigious awards recognise outstanding performance by managers and supervisors of contact centres, helpdesks and customer service organisations throughout the UK.
Limited, put forward one of their employees, Adam Lynch for the Support Manager of the year category. For this category the judges assessed each nominee across seven areas:
Adam, was put forward by the judges as a finalist and he won Bronze position.
