Recognition Follows Record Financial Growth and Global Expansion

There are six categories for 2013 CFO of the Year. Nominees for the "Emerging Company" category must be CFO of a company under $200 million in revenues who has made an outstanding contribution to his/her company's performance as evidenced by significant growth and by recognition of the company as a leader in its industry.
Since joining Vindicia in January 2010, Mark has played an instrumental role in guiding and managing the Company's dynamic growth. During his tenure, Mark has helped raise $25 million to fund both U.S. and global expansion which has fueled Vindicia's revenue growth by 3x from 2010 to 2012.
