The company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Dino Di Marco as its new Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Di Marco will be replacing Mr. William Ramsey. The Board would like to thank Mr. Ramsey for his valuable contribution to the company.
Mr. Di Marco has a number of years of experience in financial management, including as chief financial officer in the real estate development and technology sectors and in a senior role at a major public accounting firm. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University and is a Chartered Accountant.
