The company was ranked number seventeen out of companies with 25-50 Bay Area-based employees with an overall satisfaction score of 93.5%. A total of 125 companies were recognized in the 2013 Awards. The rankings were based on scores obtained from a survey of the companies' Bay Area employees. The surveys measured worker satisfaction across a number of areas including alignment with goals, trust with co-workers, trust in senior leaders, and employee benefits.
