Prior to joining Oasis, Fidel served as General Counsel for Strategic Outsourcing, Inc., a PEO headquartered in Charlotte, NC.
He has extensive industry experience, not only in legal matters but also in human resources, regulatory compliance, governance, insurance, benefits, acquisitions and risk management. At Oasis, Fidel will assume responsibility for legal and compliance matters.
