TRI Pointe Homes Selects Tina Martelon-Braunthal as Director of Sales & Marketing for Its Colorado Division
(firmenpresse) - DENVER, CO -- (Marketwired) -- 04/29/13 -- With its first Colorado new-home community about to be unveiled in June, has selected Tina Martelon-Braunthal to head up its sales and marketing operations for its recently established division in Colorado. Initially, she will focus on the introduction of The Debut Collection at , where TRI Pointe is designing and building a neighborhood of homes that will complement the rolling hills and rugged beauty of the land that surrounds them.
Martelon-Braunthal brings more than 20 years of real estate industry experience to her new position. Most recently she served as New Home Director for JWilliams Staffing, a leading temporary and permanent placement agency for homebuilding professionals, while also working as an independent real estate broker specializing in new home sales and marketing services.
Prior to becoming an independent sales specialist, Martelon-Braunthal was a key member of the management team that established the Denver division of Meritage Homes. As the company's Vice President, Sales and Marketing, she oversaw all facets of the sales, marketing, and interior design processes for the company. One of her greatest accomplishments was being known for growing one of the most highly regarded sales teams in the marketplace.
Martelon-Braunthal honed her skills for that assignment as Vice President, Sales and Marketing, for Morrison Homes from 2001 to 2004 and in a variety of sales and management positions with Richmond American Homes from 1995 to 2001. She began her career in 1992 as a Sales Associate with Omnivest Realty after attending the University of Colorado-Denver where she studied business and psychology. At Omnivest, she managed sales for multiple semi-custom and custom homebuilders and was responsible for selling out two newly developed communities in Greenwood Village within a two-year period.
As the latest addition to TRI Pointe Homes' growing staff in , Martelon-Braunthal will be at the vanguard of a significant expansion of TRI Pointe Homes' in the western United States. The forthcoming will join a growing number of TRI Pointe Homes communities throughout California. In Southern California, the company is currently building Los Arboles in Simi Valley, Tamarind Lane at Rosedale in Azusa, Topazridge at Riverwalk Vista in Riverside, Brio in La Habra and Candera in San Marcos. Also coming this summer is Altana at Civita in San Diego's Mission Valley, Arcadia at Stonegate in Irvine and TRI Pointe Homes in Rancho Mission Viejo. TRI Pointe has also made its entry into Northern California with Chantrea at Silver Creek in San Jose, Ironhorse in Morgan Hill and the soon-to-open and now selling Amelia at Bay Meadows in San Mateo and Avellino in Mountain View later this year.
