Canadian Oilfield Solutions Corp. Announces Suspension of Trading
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/26/13 -- Further to its press release of April 25, 2013, Canadian Oilfield Solutions Corp. (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: OTS) announces that TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") has suspended the trading of the Corporation's common shares on the Exchange as a result of a cease trade order ("CTO") issued by the Alberta Securities Commission on April 25, 2013. A copy of the Exchange bulletin can be obtained from the Exchange's website at tmx.com. Reinstatement to trading can occur only when the CTO is revoked and the Exchange has concluded its reinstatement review to ensure the Corporation has satisfactorily complied with Exchange requirements.
