("Era"), a leading helicopter transport operator based in the United States, today announced that executives and team members will visit the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) to celebrate the successful completion of the company's recent spin-off from SEACOR (NYSE: CKH). Era Group Inc. began trading on the NYSE as an independent public company on February 1, 2013 under the ticker symbol "ERA".
