(firmenpresse) - NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwired) -- 04/25/13 -- Prospect Capital Corporation (NASDAQ: PSEC) ("Prospect" or "Company") announced today that it expects to file with the Securities and Exchange Commission its report on Form 10-Q containing its third fiscal quarter results for the period ended March 31, 2013 on Monday, May 6, 2013 after the close of the markets. The Company also expects to issue its earnings press release on Monday, May 6, 2013 after the close of the markets.
