iLOOKABOUT Corp. Announces Pending Changes to Board Composition and Shareholder Meeting Date

(TSX VENTURE: ILA) ("iLOOKABOUT" or "the Company") announced today that Geoff Davies, the Chair of the Board, and John Kennedy and Mark McArdle, both of whom are independent directors, have advised the Board that they will not be seeking re-election at this year's annual meeting of shareholders. In order to provide sufficient time for the Company to confirm its nominee directors, iLOOKABOUT also announced that it has rescheduled its Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders to June 13, 2013. The record date for this meeting of April 19, 2013 remains unchanged.
