TransGaming and Google Announce SwiftShader Licensing Agreement

(TSX VENTURE: TNG), the global leader in developing and delivering multi-platform technologies and software 3D rendering solutions, today announced an agreement with Google Inc. to license TransGaming's SwiftShader 3D rendering technology, which allows applications to generate 3D graphics on a CPU alone without the use of a graphics processing unit. The agreement is an expansion of a previous license.
