With over 95 stores in six states, PrimoHoagies is one of the largest sandwich store chains in the United States.
Seeking a more productive and cost-effective quality control process for its inspectors in the field, PrimoHoagies chose the ProntoForms application and platform to more efficiently complete and submit restaurant inspections from store locations. The inspection process is a key component to managing and maintaining its quality and brand standards.
"Our field representatives visit all of our stores and generate a high volume of reports. With the ProntoForms mobile form solution, they're able to fill out inspections, as well as access and share documents with each other and with head office.
