He will promote Canada's dynamic biotech companies and discuss how Economic Action Plan 2013 helps them expand, innovate and create jobs for Canadians.
The Minister will officially open the Canada Cafe Pavilion at BIO. The world's largest biotechnology conference and trade show, BIO is attended by biotechnology and pharmaceutical executives, scientific leaders, political representatives, senior government officials and media from around the world.
The Minister will be holding a media availability following the event.
