Pizza Pizza Announces April Dividend and Timing of First Quarter Earnings Conference Call

Pizza Pizza Royalty Corp. (TSX: PZA) today announced a cash dividend of $0.0625 per share for April 2013. The dividend will be payable to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 30, 2013, and will be paid on May 15, 2013.
The 2013 dividend is considered a taxable eligible dividend, but, unlike prior years, will not contain a return of capital component.
The company also announced that its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2013, will be issued at the close of market on May 2, 2013. Analysts and portfolio managers are invited to participate in a conference call with Paul Goddard, Chief Executive Officer and Curt Feltner, Chief Financial Officer of Pizza Pizza Limited. The call will take place on Friday, May 3, 2013, at 9:00 a.m. Shareholders and media are also invited to listen to the call.
The Pizza Pizza Royalty Corp.'s shares are listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol PZA.
