Bolton Medical Wins 2013 Bioscience Company Technology Leader of the Year Award
(firmenpresse) - SUNRISE, FL -- (Marketwired) -- 04/17/13 -- Bolton Medical, Inc. is pleased to announce that the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce has named them the winner of the 2013 Technology Leader of the Year Award for the Bioscience Company Category. The award is designed to highlight individuals or organizations with extraordinary technological hands-on experience and whose management of technology resources and/or technological innovations has made outstanding contributions to their organization and the community.
With more than 5,000 members, the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce has been a social and economic engine in Miami for more than a century. The 2013 Technology Leaders of the Year Banquet was held on Thursday, April 11, 2013 with key members of the Bolton Medical team attending the event.
Bolton Medical received FDA approval for Relay Thoracic Stent-Graft in September 2012 and will soon start a pivotal clinical trial for the Treovance Abdominal Stent-Graft (which received CE mark in February). The company continues to focus on product development to provide the best technological solutions for endovascular therapies.
Bolton Medical currently manufactures Relay and Relay NBS Thoracic Stent-Grafts. These devices are used worldwide for the treatment of thoracic aortic pathologies.
