Klever Marketing, Inc. Announces Further Major Debt Reduction & Raising of Additional Bridge Funding
(firmenpresse) - SALT LAKE CITY, UT -- (Marketwired) -- 04/16/13 -- Klever Marketing, Inc. (OTCBB: KLMK) announced today that it has made another substantial reduction in the Company's debt as part of its ongoing program to strengthen the Company's balance sheet. The debt reduction plan, which was begun 8 months ago, has now reached a goal of 90% debt reduction and additional opportunities on further debt reduction are still available.
Additionally, the Company has also recently raised additional bridge funding to ensure completion of Phase Two of the business plan, implementing digital coupon publishing, redemption and verification.
With our unique KleverShop® application soon to be completed and installed in our Pilot Stores, Phase Two will help generate cash flow, making the company a revenue producing company.
