Previously, Allegheny utilized its student information system (SIS) to manage interaction with students. However, the limited CRM functionality of this system was cumbersome and interfered with the staff's ability to target students' interests effectively and engage staff in efficiently shaping the class. Allegheny turned to Enrollment Rx to enable more customized communication, facilitate real-time collaboration, streamline back-end processes and automate admissions workflow.
