Canadian Home Builders Go Digital with New Online Listing Standard

Tridel, Toronto's largest condominium builder, is one of several Canadian developers using the new standard.
The BXS framework was developed by BuzzBuzzHome, a leading website for new home buyers, as part of its mission to make all of Canada's new home listing information available online. BXS streamlines the process by providing a common standard for the exchange of new construction real estate data.
The reaction from the development industry has been overwhelmingly positive, with several major residential developers praising the originality and efficiency of the framework.

Ultimately, the framework allows developers to syndicate their inventory online, similar to the way airlines share flight availability with aggregators like Kayak and Expedia.
