Ingen Entering Multi-Billion Dollar Telecommunications With Existing Revenue
(firmenpresse) - RIVERSIDE, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/12/13 -- Ingen Technologies, Inc.'s (PINKSHEETS: IGNT) is pleased to announce that on April 11, 2013 the company and ATMC Inc. have finalized the negotiations and anticipate signing the Purchase and Agreement of Acquisition early next week.
The Southern California-based ATMC is an Inter-Exchange Carrier licensed by the FCC for domestic and International Telecommunications services, providing voice services serving Domestic and International Public and Private Telephone Companies. ATMC has existing telecommunication routes, and is expanding its operation as a wholly owned subsidiary of Ingen. As a result, Ingen will own proprietary technology in both the telecommunications and medical industries. The agreement will be executed next week, and another announcement will be made.
