Five New Hospice Partners Select OnePoint Patient Care for Its Local Medication Dispensing and Delivery Services
OnePoint's Local Model Provides Hospices Quicker Delivery, Better Customized Service and a Higher Level of Responsiveness

In addition, these hospices have selected OnePoint as their Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM) to manage their custom formularies. OnePoint has continued to expand its local pharmacy dispensing and delivery services to more than 20,000 hospice patients across the United States.
The five new hospices that have selected OnePoint's local dispensing and delivery model over their previous mail-order prescription service are:

Serenity Hospice (Oregon, Ill.)
Illinois Valley Hospice (Peru, Ill.)
New Hope Hospice (Marion, Ind., and Indianapolis, Ind.)
Hospice of the Rock River Valley (Dixon, Ill.)
OnePoint's local dispensing and delivery model ensures hospice patients receive their medications the same day or next day. This allows hospices to be more responsive to individual patient needs. Through its hospice PBM services, OnePoint also provides fully customized cost containment measures and hospice-specific formulary management programs.
