VoodooVox Inc. Announces New Auditor
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 04/12/13 -- VoodooVox Inc. ("VoodooVox" or the "Company"), (CNSX: VVX) announced today that it has changed its auditors from Ernst & Young LLP ("Ernst & Young") to Collins Barrow Toronto LLP ("Collins Barrow) effective April 11, 2013.
At the request of the Company, its former auditor, Ernst & Young, has resigned as auditor effective April 5, 2013 and Collins Barrow has been appointed as the successor auditor. In accordance with National Instrument 51-102, the Corporation has filed a Change of Auditor Notice on SEDAR together with letters from Ernst & Young and Collins Barrow, each confirming that it is in agreement with the statements contained in the notice, as applicable. There were no reportable events (as defined in National Instrument 51-102) between Ernst & Young and the Company.
