(PINKSHEETS: WFWL) is pleased to announce it has signed a 3 year agreement with Ted Abrams, founder and President of Abrams Wireless, Inc., to act as Program Director in the capacity of Chief Technology Officer for WiFi Wireless, Inc. Abrams Wireless, d/b/a Wireless Analytics, will oversee three key network services operated and maintained by WiFi Wireless, Inc.: the Shipping WLAN, the WiFi Municipalities Network, and innovative VoIP Network service, WiFly Wings.
Abrams Wireless' team of wireless professionals have provided consulting services on product development, system architecture, and network design and deployment for the most highly visible companies in the industry, including AT&T, Sprint, Verizon, T-Mobile, Cox Communications, Time Warner Cable, Qwest, and WestMarc Communications.
Ted Abrams is a seasoned wireless infrastructure industry veteran, bringing decades of experience to his role at WiFi Wireless, Inc. Recent clients include communications companies such as Millicom International Cellular S.A. Prior to launching his present business ventures, Mr. Abrams served as Chief Technology Officer for SpectraSite Communications, Inc, subsequently merging with American Tower Co. in a transaction valued at approximately $11.3 billion. American Tower Co., recognizing the value of Mr. Abrams' expertise, brought him on board as Senior Vice President of Technology of the newly formed company, which yielded more than $1 billion in annual revenues.
